​Schedule:

Load in on Saturday starts at 7am, meat will be inspected as soon as the KCBS reps get on site.

Chicken will be turned at 12:00pm on Sunday,

Pork Ribs will be turned in at 12:30 pm on Sunday,

Pork will be turned in at 1:00pm on Sunday,

Brisket will be turned in at 1:30pm on Sunday.

Awards will be held from 4pm on Sunday.

 

Load out to be completed after the awards, no vehicles to remain over night on Sunday.
